Started real estate while being in University in the year 2016. Officially graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Honours in Civil Engineering where it teaches about the construction materials and calculations for the construction industry.

Ever since graduation, I have dedicated myself solely to real estate and it has been my first career since then. 

Have transacted various types of properties and 100 over properties till date. These include Residential- HDB, Condo, Landed, and Commercial Spaces such as offices in Suntec City for both rental and sale.

To provide value and assistance to clients in making the right decision in their property purchase

What keeps me going is the number of families and lives I have impacted and improve through real estate.

Most memorable: my most memorable deal was  doing a handover at night 12am. As the tenant is urgent to move in and the commencement date is very tight. And despite it being handed over at 12am, we still have to make sure all procedures are done right. I had a very good sleep for that night :)

Biggest contentment: This is about a bulk deal which we have to negotiate with a fund. Which after rounds and rounds of negotiation, it eventually went through!

Biggest Achievement: Sold a $20million + Bungalow that was very plushly interior designed! And also another condo which I have arranged to meet up with the renowned developer in Singapore, along with my clients to negotiate on the deal!

 

Biggest Home that I have worked with: A $100mil home that we did for a video. Has got a really grand lobby, huge parking entrance, good pool and gym size. Humongous living area and especially the bedroom area.
